Our brioche is made in the traditional manner which ensures the finished products are light and airy. These are available in a variety of formats, shapes or sizes and can be hinge cut, top cut or fully cut. Sizes can range from bite-size party food to large demi baguettes.
These products can be individually wrapped, or bulk packed to suit your needs, either in an ambient or frozen format.
