The History of Panificio
Panificio Italiano started as an independent wholsale bakery in Iver, Buckinghamshire owned by Sicilian businessman & artisan baker Piero Scacco. Piero’s knowledge of the baking industry spans back over six decades.
We are now a new state-of-the-art purpose-built automated bakery. The current investment is approximately £20million to date. This includes six production lines offering extensive bespoke bread and artisan lines over 45,000 sq. feet of production space, including a spiral freezer.
