Panificio Italiano takes immense pride in handcrafting speciality artisan breads using authentic Italian recipes. This can include using extra virgin olive oil to create traditional Italian ciabatta rolls or using sun-dried tomatoes and olives in our focaccia or panini rolls.

Our speciality products are all made using a 24-hour bulk-fermented dough, ensuring a light and airy finish.
Our artisan speciality breads are also made in a variety of sizes, from tray bakes of focaccia and panini subs, and everything in between. These bread products can either be individually wrapped or bulk-packed wholesale to suit you. We can deliver them as either ambient or frozen, with hinge cuts or top cuts added, as necessary.
