We offer an extensive range of rolls including white, brown, malted, seeded, cobs, plaits, fingers, knots and Kaiser rolls. We are able to supply these in all sorts of shapes and sizes allowing you to choose exciting and innovative rolls that are right for you.
The methods used to produce these rolls can include long-fermented processes which further improve flavour and appearance. Ingredients such as poppy seed, caraway, linseed, sunflower, millet and pumpkin seeds, can be included in the dough (inclusion) or used as toppings to enhance the product’s flavour and appeal.
Different finishes such as decorative cuts or glazes can be applied to the rolls prior to baking for an attractive appearance to suit your needs and requirements.
Our rolls are made in a variety of weights ranging from 12g to 140g according to your requirements. These products can be individually wrapped or bulk packed to suit your requirements and delivered either ambient or frozen. All rolls can either be top cut or hinge cut if required.
