
Panificio Italiano is an independent bakery in Iver, Buckinghamshire owned by Sicilian businessman & artisan baker Piero Scacco. Piero’s knowledge of the baking industry spans back over six decades. We specialise in delicious bread made using the finest quality ingredients and time-tested recipes at scale.
Our state-of-the-art facility ensures we bake incredible bread products of remarkable quality and consistency. We have six production lines offering extensive bespoke bread and artisan lines over 45,000 sq. feet of production space, including a spiral freezer – this allows us to provide you with high volumes of incredible products at low prices.
