Panificio Italiano is an independent bakery in Iver, Buckinghamshire owned by Sicilian businessman & artisan baker Piero Scacco. Piero’s knowledge of the baking industry spans back over six decades. We specialise in delicious bread made using the finest quality ingredients and time-tested recipes at scale.

Our state-of-the-art facility ensures we bake incredible bread products of remarkable quality and consistency. We have six production lines offering extensive bespoke bread and artisan lines over 45,000 sq. feet of production space, including a spiral freezer – this allows us to provide you with high volumes of incredible products at low prices.

We have a complete commitment not only to quality control but also to fantastic customer service – our team is always happy to talk you through the range of products we offer and how we can help you.

We bake quality products ranging from traditional recipes to new speciality breads. All breads are developed or made to your own specifications. We have an excellent product development team who are at the forefront of innovation, helping to satisfy the ever-changing demands of the marketplace.

Ordering & Delivery

We operate quickly – new customers can expect a two-week turnaround with that reducing to one-week for repeat business. We can even offer bespoke products in just three weeks, after the initial development and sign off.

We try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible for our customers. We can provide delivery nationwide – or collection from us if you prefer. We offer our services all year-round, excluding Saturdays.
