We offer a wide variety of machined and handcrafted shaped baguettes, subs and paninis. Our large selection can be made using both modern and traditional methods with a variety of flours such as French, wholemeal, malted, rye and unbleached flour.
Added ingredients (inclusions) can be included in the dough or used as toppings to enhance the product’s appearance. These can include but are not limited to poppy seed, caraway, linseed, sunflower, millet, pumpkin seeds and olives.
Different finishes such as decorative cuts, glazes or flour dusting are applied to the rolls prior to baking for an eye-catching appearance.
Our baguettes and sub rolls are made in a variety of weights ranging from 12g to 160g according to your requirements. All demi baguettes and sub rolls can either be top cut or hinge cut. These products can be individually wrapped, or bulk packed to suit your needs, and supplied either as ambient or frozen.
